#23 Is this really the end? Or just the beginning ...

Hi peoples

Wow I am at the end of the road, i got here in one piece (just!). Well it has been an experience I must say now to answer the few questions for this blog.

My favourite part of Web 2.0 has been Week 5 play week. It was fun as you can tell i think i used all the image generators i could and then added them to my blog lol.

This program has given me so many new ideas for the library that i can keep learning with it is a great idea. Thanks.

I never realised how many things were on the net that i could use for projects and just for fun ofcourse.

I have lots of things to continue doing with all the exercises now that I have finished Web 2.0.

So in closing thank you very much to all the organisers and managers for allowing us to do this program. Good luck to everyone who hasn't finished you have lots to look forward to and congratulations to everyone who has finished.

Hi again

Not much left to do. I looked at the websight and had fun listening to some stories but i could not get into the video format ones oh well good luck to all of you with that one. I listened to Repunzel (how cute. I have used this before lol wow something that i have actually used.

#21 Podcasts, Smodcasts!

Hi guys

This week is a good one, I have looked and listened to some interesting podcasts i added one to my blog its the song 'Give it to Me' by Timberland, Nelly and Justin. I love this song so now you know. lol.

I also added it to my blogline it is under "Odeo Crissy's page" and my blog lol ( i think?)

#20 You too can YouTube

hi again

Woo hoo i am into the last week of the 2.0 training yeah i thought i would never make it! LOL

Well it was very interesting to look through the YouTube sight i found a lot of funny videos and some not so funny ones(i mean seriously babies falling and babies giggling for 5 minutes? Come on!!!) Anyway enough whinging from me.

The YouTube video that i added to my blog is Walking Her Home (Notebook Montage)

As for what I think would be interesting if any features or componets of the site were applied to library websites, well if you look at the above link then you will see that YouTube has something called "videos being watched right now", in the library website we could have "books being read right now" for popular books that are borrowed. Then YouTube has "Promoted videos" for new videos coming out, we could have "Promoted books" for new books coming out.

#19 Discovering Web 2.0 tools

Hi Guys,

I am having a lot of fun trying out some of the Web 2.0 winners. I tried the winner of the book category lulu.com that was fun. Then I tried winner of the games category Arcaplay and added a game to my blog called Why the chicken crossed the road. Then the from the fun stuff caegory the cocktail buider now that was agood one you just write in the different drinks you have at home and it makes a drink for you. I will be trying some more and getting back to u.
